In this picture of the X-38 V-201 orbital test model under construction, a mounted photo is visible in the lower right, showing another X-38 crew return vehicle (CRV) further along in assembly. Which vehicle was this? Could it be V-201 built up more and subsequently taken apart again?

Also: if anyone knows of a high-res version of the mounted photo, I would be interested!

Yes, as shown in this thread, that mounted photo is also of V-201 as it appeared in 2002 (your linked photo was taken in 2005).
