Does any know if the solid rocket boosters and external tank used with Enterprise at Vandenberg Air Force Base in 1984 ever made it to space? If not, what was their fate? Thanks.

The SRBs were inert and had no propellant in them. There are close up photos where you can see the inert label on the and not the Loaded like flight sets. Not sure which ET was used but if I remember right it got shipped back and was used for a flight, not sure which one.

Enterprise was mated to External Tank 23 at VAFB. ET-23 later flew on STS-27.

(There were actually four external tanks staged at VAFB: ET-23, ET-27, ET-33 and ET-34. ET-23 flew on STS-27; ET-27 on STS-34; ET-33 on STS-36; and ET-34 on STS-31.)

I believe they were the same motor casings that were mated with Enterprise for the fit checks at Kennedy Space Center.

Since ET-23 flew after the Challenger accident was ET-26 used on 51-L?

Yes, ET-26 was lost with Challenger on STS-51L.

That's somewhat ironic that the ET mated to Enterprise, later flew on STS-27, as most of the crew would have flown from VAFB on STS-62-A (Guy Gardner, Mike Mullane and Jerry Ross).
