While researching the preparation for mission STS-62, it appears as though Columbia was moved from Orbiter Processing Facility-2 (OPF-2) to the Vehicle Assembly Building on Feb. 3 or 4, 1994; and then sent out to the Pad on the 10th.What was the average time it took to mate the orbiter to the shuttle stack in the VAB and then roll it out to the launchpad? |

In that time frame, 5 to 8 days. |

At what point in the preparation/launch timeline would the consumable supplies (food, clothing, etc) be loaded. |

Here is what I figured, accuracy not guaranteed. From STS-1 to STS-51L average time from orbiter rollover to VAB to rollout to pad was 7 days; from STS-26 to STS-107 average time was 8 days and from STS-114 to STS-135 average time was 10 days. |

It was done at various times in the countdown since the mid deck wasn't really configured until after TCDT. Late mid deck stow for food and experiments (especially powered ones) was around L-24 to L-14 hours. |
