The following astronauts were assigned as escorts to fly home with the remains of the Challenger 51-L flight crew in April of 1986.
  • Charles Bolden
  • Dan Brandenstein
  • Tammy Jernigan
  • Loren Schriver
  • Jim Buckley
  • Norm Thaggard
  • Dick Richards
Since I am using footage in my film, "Challenger: Flying for Me" of Air Force and Marine soldiers carrying their caskets and the escort can be seen behind each, I need to know which of the astronauts mentioned above, who was paired with each 51-L crew member?

Does anyone have this information? Any assistance will be appreciated. I want to show the caskets as President Reagan mentions each crew member in his closing remarks. I want them to be in the right order when I do.
