The Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) decided on Thursday to launch a Soyuz spacecraft to the International Space Station on September 18.

Strike my post, I see they have decided to target Sept 18 exclusively rather than do the 14 if Atlantis did not launch.

the launch ist scheduled for 04.08 gmt.
