Long-time collectSPACE member Randy Bond ("randy") has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He was undergoing chemotherapy but developed an infection, halting his treatment and he has been in the hospital since May.Randy's daughter-in-law has set up a GoFundMe campaign: As you can assume, medical bills are piling up, and my mother-in-law is left unable to pay these bills, along with the many medical bills she has for herself and regular expenses. The plan is to send my father-in-law to a care home until he gets strong enough to come home. There is no guarantee that he will ever come home. With this, you can guess the medical bills will only go up from here.Every dollar donated will be used toward Randy's care and to provide financial stability and peace of mind that his wife, sons and their families will keep a roof over their head and food on the table. Randy's wife reached out to collectSPACE to let us know about the situation. I have expressed what I am sure is our entire community's hope for Randy's full recovery. |

Missed this cS-topic earlier and sure hope Randy Bond will have a full recovery. I can't recall having contact with Randy, but my thoughts and prayers go out to him and his caring and loving family, from one cS-member to another. |

I don’t know Randy but I wish him the very best with his recovery. I just checked his go fund me page and I think he really needs our support on this one. Best of luck Randy and best wishes. |

Best to Randy and his family. I don't know Randy personally, but it is nice to be able to help him and his family in some small way. |
