Check out these clips. I bet there are more...
Super Bowl III (1969) was the first Super Bowl to feature famous celebrities during its ceremonies instead of just college bands; comedian Bob Hope led a pregame ceremony honoring the Apollo astronauts.
The pregame show at Super Bowl VII (1973) was a tribute to Apollo 17. The show featured the Michigan Marching Band and the crew of Apollo 17, who exactly one month earlier had been the final humans to date to leave the moon.

I don't see a clip of it online, but astronauts also led the Pledge of Allegiance at Super Bowl IV in 1970.
And though I have not been able to find any specific details, there are mentions of astronauts being present at the first Super Bowl in 1967 (just 12 days before the Apollo 1 fire).
In 2010, the crew of STS-129 flew the coin for the Super Bowl XLIV coin toss.
