There were several Earthrise images taken by Apollo 8. As for the "classic" image, what time was it taken, either Central Standard Times (CST) or Mission Elapsed Time (MET)?

According to the Apollo 8 Flight Journal, Bill Anders first spots the Earth rising over the moon's horizon at a mission elapsed time of 075:47:30.
Oh, my God! Look at that picture over there! Here's the Earth coming up. Wow, is that pretty!

I did research on this topic to determine the exact time the iconic Earthrise image was taken and used the Apollo 8 LRO video verified against the Apollo 8 Flight Journal.
Robert is correct. Anders first spots the Earthrise at 075:47:30. After a few black and white images are taken the iconic color Earthrise image was taken at 075:48:39 MET. (Credit: NASA Goddard LRO)
