I have always understood that the Apollo spacecraft used during the test of the Saturn V AS-500F vehicle in 1966 was the Facility Verification Vehicle (M-11).

But I read in Wikipedia that it was Apollo Boilerplate 27, which was later shipped to Marshall Space Flight Center for Saturn V Dynamic testing (AS-500D). Can anybody advise me which spacecraft was used?

Don't know whether any of this will help you answer your query. From a 1978 NASA document listing the disposal of Apollo artifacts is this -
BP-27 Usage - dynamic test (CM) (Excess - transfer to the Smithsonian) Engine gimbal test (SM)

BP-27 CM/SM010/LES16/SLA stack was transferred to the Smithsonian on 2/10/70 for display at MSFC. BP-17 SM disposed of by JSC during June 1971.

M-11 Usage - CM, SM, S-1V Adapter and LES for handling and transportation.

Declared excess to Apollo program. Declined by Smithsonian. To be disposed of through JSC Property Disposal Office. LES located at KSC. CM located at KSC in stack with M-9 SM. Transferred to Smithsonian.

If the above is no help you might find the answer in either of these two books: Both books are by Jonathan H. Ward.
