Author Topic:   Remembering the original Gemini 9 crew onesmallstep Member Posts: 816 From: Staten Island, New York USA Registered: Nov 2007 posted 03-04-2015 11:57 AM                To answer LM-12's query about Stafford and Cernan's T-38 #907 being still in service; a post under the Space Shuttle thread re: 'End of shuttle effect on NASA's T-38 jet fleet' shows that in Oct. 2011 that particular aircraft was no longer in service with NASA (per FlightAware) and was probably dispersed/recycled thru the US Air Force.
