I recently received a reply from Tereskova. Signature shown looks good to me.

Some years ago I had a book signed,in person, by her. Looks good to me also.

Also looks good to me. Very similar in style to the handful I have in my collection and almost identical to a couple I have which were signed by Tereshkova in person at an Autographica event.

It seems likely that the signature you have posted may also have been signed by Tereshkova at that Autographica event. I think it was in either Northampton or Coventry — I might be able to dig out the details.

Think it may have been signed at an Autografica event actually, but I have no paperwork to confirm this. Thanks so much for your replies. Very much appreciated!

The Autographica event in question was held in Coventry Oct 2004. Valentina Tereshkova and Valeri Bykovsky were guests of honour at the Banquet Dinner. Just to clarify, I'm not saying the photo in question was signed at Autographica.
