I'm curious what is the value of a Jim Irwin signed Space Shots card?

I have not seen one card so far that has been directly signed, meaning not a cut placed on the card.

I've had Col. Irwin sign a few of mine during our last visit together. He signed
SpaceShot cards for me of the 1990 series and a few of the first-proof Moon/Mars 3-D series before his passing in Aug. 1991. I've never sold one and can't say of their value.

Based on recent sale results, Jim Irwin's autograph runs from about $50 for a signed copy of his book to $250 for a signed litho (with inscription but without personalization).

I would say the Space Shots card falls somewhere in between, maybe $125 to $175 at auction. Perhaps $200, if the buyer is a Space Shots collector who needs the autograph for his or her set.

All times are CT (US)
