I need some help of you guys to tell me if the below shown Apollo 13 flown fragment of strapping is genuine or fake. Thanks for any advice.

Almost any possibility of establishing definitive authenticity that is durable (for purposes of subsequent ownership and resale) went out the window when the piece was fragmented from its original source (whatever that was).

Additionally, I believe proper word usage would be "its jettisoning" not "it's jettison."

Just adds to the skepticism, doesn't it?
