I'm sure there are quite a few of you watching this Apollo 11 crew patch. I'm guessing it is legitimate. Is the price high for the current market?

Price is debatably high even if it was the Crew Patch variant claimed. Most certainly out of line given that it is not a Crew Patch.

Divide the price by 100 and it's about right, although still maybe a little on the high side.
