I would like an opinion on this Alan Shepard autograph. It looks like a secretarial to me but the seller said he has a COA that was done by JSA with Steve Zerlelli conformation.
Still does not look good to me but I am not the expert.

Looks very much as a secretarial autograph, see here.

This is an Alan Shepard secretarial signature with what appears to be an authentic dedication.
I consult with JSA. This does not mean that I review every single item that they certify. I never reviewed or approved this item for them. For all I know, this was approved by them long before I consulted with them.
And I never confirmed with anyone that this was authentic.
It would be nice if someone contacted me privately to verify before publicly spreading false information.

Yes, it looks to my eye like the inks and pens used on the inscription and the signature are noticeably different. Additionally, the angle of the inscription and the angle of the signature are different also... at least enough to bring into question "why?"
Steve's comments explain it of course.

I would like to make it clear that I never for a moment thought Steve had any involvement in the COA that I believe is fake. or in authenticating this as real in anyway.
I was repeating the claim made by the seller and may have worded my post poorly.
