I'm interested in trying to pick up a few mission flown patches and flags flown on Space Shuttle Discovery missions. I have a couple photos of Discovery signed by a variety of members from her crews and I thought it would look nice to frame up with a few flown items.
What is the typical range that flown patches and flags sell for? I assume this is highly mission dependent, but just so I'm in the ballpark. For example, I know the STS-91 Shuttle-Mir flags (which seem really common) typically sell in the $150-$180 range. I'm not sure yet how many pieces I want to try and find or exactly what missions. I thought if I could figure out an approximate budget it would help. Thanks.

Flown patch presentations for space shuttle missions that are older than, say, the first half dozen missions, usually fetch $175-300 depending on the place they are sold. $200-225 is probably the average.
US flags sell higher than other types of flags (NASA logo, Mir logo, etc) and rarer payload patch presentations might sell higher due to their scarcity compared to crew patches.
