Just a heads-up and word of warning concerning what might otherwise appear to be a legit auction house.

In November 2017, I bought a Neil Armstrong signed book from this auction house via Invaluable. Upon close inspection it appeared to be a good forgery and Delaware agreed to take it back. I shipped it back; they acknowledged receipt and now, after numerous emails, they have gone silent.

I've sent 10+ emails, left them voice mails and even asked Invaluable to intercede, but nothing has happened. It's a clear case of fraud but I am not sure what legal rights I have, given that I am outside of the USA.

Interestingly a website called "Pi$$edconsumer" has four appalling reviews of Delaware for similar occurrences. Any advice would be appreciated, but please avoid these people.

All times are CT (US)
