There is a seller on eBay now from Russia who put some ugly made in Russia MS patches stating it is "official TsENKI" patches. The last one by TsENKI was MS-02 and of the much better quality than the patch this seller proposes.

While I was not aware of the patch or had any interest in it, I REALLY appreciate it when someone on these Boards warns others about potential counterfeits etc. Thank you VERY much for the heads up!!!
