I'm trying to identify some Russian writing on a cover and would appreciate any help. One image is a postmark which looks to me like it's from Tuva, but I can't identify all the characters around the hub.

The second is an address and since I already have a hard time with Cyrillic, handwritten characters adds a whole new level of difficulty for me.

The images are on Google Photos. Thanks for your consideration.

Although the address is written in cyrillic, the letter was sent from Lithuania not from Russia. So the first line is: Lit. SSR, in the second line there is a city Kaunas, street name Kudirkos(?) and in the third line there is 34-9 and the name of the sender.

I have no idea what is written on the postmark except SSR (short from USSR) and the word "post" under the pigeon.

All times are CT (US)
