How much are flown gold Robbins medallions from the shuttle era (STS-103 on) and what missions have they gone up to for the ISS crews?

As far as value I have no idea. I do know that there where far fewer gold medallions minted than the silver and I am sure that would reflect in the market value.

While not gold shuttle medals, here are some data points for you from Goldberg auctions. Also this site at bottom tracks Robbins medal prices for more data points.
