This inscribed litho looks one of the better Neil Armstrong forgeries. |

The inscription is the easiest indication, plus it is in a different colored Sharpie? |

This item precisely encapsulates why I don't usually comment on the authenticity of Armstrong signatures. It is the inscription that makes me think it is authentic! I must be getting old or I need a new monitor: I can't see any difference in the pen colour between the inscription and the signature. There appears to be a lightening of the pen near the top of the piece but the photograph has been taken at an angle to the litho and this is likely due to the evident reflection. |

If anyone has more examples similar to this and don't feel comfortable with it, I'd be happy to take it off your hands. I'll even pay for shipping. |

Steve, just read this thread... funny, it ended without bids, though you implied it as authentic. I'll be looking for this to be re-listed. |

The item did have bids at one point, but I think they are cancelled if the auction ends early.Perhaps it was ended early because someone contacted the seller to [wrongly] state the item was bad. |

Or, though it's against eBay policy, the seller ended it early to sell it to someone who made a "good' offer. |
