Good effort on this Christa McAuliffe autograph (132143163663), although was it signed last week?

I noticed this the other day and was comparing it to known authentic signatures (such as on checks), and noticed a couple of differences which I won't go into here but will be evident.

But regardless, would McAuliffe by herself sign a crew litho or photo, and not one of her own photos?

I politely pointed out those "differences" to the seller. No response as I was expecting.

Speaking generically (and not about this specific piece), I don't see this as much a concern. I've seen (and owned) and a number of crew portraits signed by only one member of the crew.

Initially, I thought it looked like it was addressed to herself, ha.

Looking at the signature, it's not one that I would personally want to invest in. I have some similar concerns over authenticity, more based on the signature itself and not the item it was signed on.

The seller has relisted this item.

It comes with a COA from Kevin Martin at "Piece of the Past"--that's enough for me to stay away from it.
