It was given to my father by Ted Gautschi, the mission operations system manager for Surveyor 1. The cover is signed by Ted.

Also I have a framed collage of items from the Postmaster General moon landing stamp gala. Included are the actual invitation the booklet from the event as well as an American flag cut from the actual table cloth from the event. Neil Armstrong was the main speaker if that helps explain what I'm talking about. I believe this was also given to my father by his friend Ted Gautschi.

Do I have anything interesting? Worth anything? I appreciate your time and your help.

Included in the frame is the invitation and program for the official first day of issue ceremony for the 1969 First Man on the Moon 10 cent stamp. The stamp was designed by the late space artist Paul Calle, whose son Chris Calle (also a noted space artist and space stamp designer) is a member of this site.

Given the popularity of the stamp itself, the ceremony program and invitation are sought by collectors, especially if in pristine condition. (From your photos it appears yours may have suffered some sun damage and that perhaps part of it was blocked from the light, leading to the white border along its bottom.)
