The seller has multiple listings signed by this individual (seemingly all rocket related from the 70s and 80s), but doesn't who they are. I figured if anyone had a chance of figuring it out, y'all would.

So, any help? Thanks!

The signature looks like that of the Postmaster, Dusty Rhodes who was responsible for the NASA cachets of the 60's and 70's.
