Would like to know if this Owen Garriott signed cover is autopen or genuine?

I wouldn't be too concerned with it. In my own collections, I've got a few full-name Garriott signatures like this from the 1970s while he was still a scientist-astronaut.

One area of concern though may be the signed Skylab (SL-3) VIP-type post card depicted here. It's not an official KSC-NASA printed card, but rather, a German philatelic dealers' commercial printing.

But the signature on it, despite the unofficial card, looks fine to me.
