Is this print seen on eBay worth such a high price, vintage or not? Is it that rare, or one-of-a-kind?

Note, there is a "very high (read "sentimental")" reserve price.

I don't think it's worth the asking price, in my opinion.

When it comes to A Kodak Paper photos, Apollo 11 and White's spacewalk tend to command the higher end. The 11x14 photos are exceptionally rare. Not as many made and many didn't survive cause of the sheer size.

I have a few Apollo 11, 11x14 A Kodak Paper photos and have also sold a couple for around $450 each. They tend to be very popular in Europe. I have an 11x14 Kodak of the only photo of Neil Armstrong on the lunar surface at the lunar module with his back to the camera. I can't say that I have seen another one.

I believe it is very well that someone may pick up the White spacewalk 11x14 at that price. I wouldn't be surprised and would put odds on the buyer being across the pond.

I guess the opening price was a deal. Item sold for $986. Sold for more than I thought.

All times are CT (US)
