Were all the Apollo 13 "A Piece of Aquarius" blue presentation cards pre-printed with Jack Swigert's signature?

I was looking at several examples online from past auctions and all of Swigert's signatures are different on each card but stand out boldly in relation to the Lovell and Haise signatures. They look "fresh" and unfaded as compared to the other two signatures.
