In my opinion, it's a forgery. I struggle to find anything about this signature that I like.

For example, one very common trait on authentic Swigert signatures I've seen is that the bottom loop in the "J" is bigger than the top loop. This eBay example is the complete opposite.

Here is an authentic example for comparison:

A real mess in my opinion. I'd shred it without giving it a second thought.

Yep, red flags for me as well. Seller is not that good in identifying stuff... and a poor communicator.
