While it is a little late I was wondering what people thought of eBay item 331789572239?

The Stafford signature looks like an autopen and the Brand signature appears to be atypical as he usually signs as Vance. Not sure about the third signature.

You are right about the Stafford being an autopen signature.

Vance Brand often signed as "V Brand," especially during the shuttle era (and beyond), so I don't find that to be atypical.

The Deke Slayton signature looks fine to me.

Ditto what Mark said on the "V. Brand" signature. Brand gave me an almost identical signature in-person at the ASTP 20th Anniversary in 1995.

And the provenance seems fine to me - addressed to Michael Hopferwieser, a family member of Walter Hopferwieser, President of the Gmünder Weltraumfreunde (Austria) and recognized official expert of the German Federation of Philatelic Experts.

And seller is Gabi Leidig, who has very good credentials too.

All times are CT (US)
