Space Shuttle Plaque Pressed from Thermal Tile From NASA

There's no provenance for this type of plaque confirming made from tile material. Anyone have more info?

I don't have anything but a vague memory to support this, but my recollection is that it is not tile but rather pressed paper.

Tile doesn't fray like the edges of this presentation have, too.

Update: After posting, I checked with the former CEO of USA and he confirmed my memory was correct.

This raised paper article had nothing to do with shuttle tile. They were only given out as retirement gifts, and only to those eligible for retirement. I have one!
