I was duped by this seller several months back and didn't realize it until the great members here brought it to my attention. I've been collecting a long time and his Irwin really fooled me! He sells with a money back guarantee but, at least with my shipment, failed to pick up the package at the post office and it was eventually returned to me. He claimed I never sent it back and refused the refund, but the USPS tracking and the entry of the package sitting at the Post Office for 30 days proved otherwise.
When he did not make good on his refund, I started a dispute with eBay, then followed up with a phone call to their resolution center. Within one hour of my phone call the money was refunded to my PayPal account. Sadly, eBay didn't care at all that the autograph was a forgery, only that his listing guaranteed a refund if the item is returned and that is what they facilitated because I had proof of shipment. A lesson learned for sure, but at least mine has a happy ending.
By the way, I have a cheap "Irwin signed" WSS photo if anyone is interested!
