This is one of the worst I have seen in awhile. I think it is signed by Heil Fady, Michael Coloni, and Buzz Aladin. To call this a forgery would be misleading. No forger would do this shoddy of a job. Chris surely Hall of Shame material. |

I see the seller has covered themselves. "I bought this on eBay so there's not a lot I can guarantee..." They know full well it is a fake. |

Wouldn't it be nice if they were all this easy? |

That's laughable. It's one of the worst ones I've seen. |

But... "Noteworthy is the somewhat pointy "A" in Armstrong." Steve did you take down that note? LMAO. I always wanted a Heil Fody of noteworthy quality! |

Another fun detail: the full quote is "Noteworthy is the somewhat pointy "A" in Armstrong, which was typical in his autographs prior to his selection as a moonwalker, at which time the rounded helmet-style letter was adopted."But... the signature, on an Apollo 11 cover, was definitely signed AFTER he was selected "as a moonwalker." He's providing further reasons to doubt its authenticity! |

You don't need any reason to doubt its authenticity, you just have to look at the signatures. It was a good find though, to see the discrepancy of the date to his own description however.I reported it to eBay but it is still there, as usual. |

I have to say, having a Heil Fady autograph in your space collection IS quite rare! |

That's atrocious. Here's another in the spirit of "not even close." |

Looks like a NASA secretarial as opposed to a recent forgery. I'm no expert on recovery covers, but that looks like a really cool one with autographs of the helicopter pilot and aircraft carrier commander. |

Though Shepard secretarials are, in my opinion, pretty obvious, that one is by far the worst I've ever seen if it is one, and an equally pathetic attempt as a forgery. I didn't mean to intimate a conclusion as to which it was, just to share easily one of, if not the, worst attempt(s) I've ever seen at a this particular signature by any party. |

Oh, it can always be worse. It could be a rarest of rare... Alem Shedar, LOL. I'm sure there is one out there! |
