Could somebody please help with a specific Eileen Collins image?Despite searching through the usual sites I am unable to find this image in high resolution, the photo ID number or even the mission on which it was taken. I'm guessing it was STS-93 or 114 given that Eileen is in the Commander's seat but I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated. |

Not the same one but close. The image you are looking for originally is from STS-84, though I have not located a hi-res, just so you know when searching. |

Thanks for the link Llyod but it is the picture in the original post that I am specifically looking for.I already have the linked image (which is a tad over exposed) and there are others of Eileen in the commander's seat that are a tad under exposed or the composition is a bit crappy. The one I am looking for is the "Mummy bear" of Eileen's flight deck images; just right! |

Good luck Rick, I checked all the sites I normally use, nada, only lo res ones of that image. It must exist somewhere but not that I can find. |

Digging around I've established that the image is STS-84 entitled "STS-84 Pilot Eileen Collins conducts the Risk Mitigation Experiment (RME)". But still only low res and no photo ID number. |

A big thank you to Robert for turning up the ID # for the photo in question, that then enabled Ed Hengveld to locate and scan the image from his vast archive.Great team effort. Thanks guys! |
