Am I interpreting this incorrectly?

I'm reading as the seller claiming the liner is from the final Columbia mission STS-107. Which, if the case, should be returned to NASA.

Hoping I'm reading that wrong.

The item being offered is original to NASA, but the seller's description is incorrect.

The bookmark was produced in the wake of the loss of Columbia and distributed to shuttle program workers as a means of remembering the crew.

The payload bay liner segment is flown, but not on STS-107. The bookmark only states that it was flown on the "shuttle fleet."

All times are CT (US)
