Looks good. Any comments? Ends today with a current bid of $733.

Just a 'peanut gallery' opinion;

While lot 485 looks OK to me, the Collins signature on lot 480 seems quite atypical.

Perhaps I'm just not familiar with a style using large, open loops in the 'L' of Michael and 'C' of Collins.

The problem with Nate's auctions is that many lots like these have reserves that make it unlikely to get them at a price less than retail.

That is definitely true. I have "won" several items in the past only to find out that the reserve had not been met so I actually did not win anything. I have won a couple of items however from his auctions but not many.

He had quite a few of Al Worden's flown and signed Apollo 15 flags awhile ago. I bid on several and won, but did not meet the reserve. After reading comments in this forum from a member who did win, he re-listed some a few months later and I did manage to pick up the one I really wanted which was Bhutan (a nice looking dragon flag). Price was between $925 and $1000 including buyers premium. I considered that a bargain. I have seen other decent deals but they are not often.

Thanks for the input. I researched the "reserve price" concerns and have found that is probably the case in this auction. Your basically bidding against the "House" and not another bidder.

I also saw on eBay that he has an Armstrong WSS at around $7000. Thanks again for the comments.
