It looks like the third autopen pattern from Chris' Astronaut Autopens site...except that it appears the cover might have slipped a little during the autopenning, causing a slight deviation from the pattern.

His Jim Irwin signed cover also appears to be an autopen too.

I would think a genuine John Young signed cover of this nature would fetch more than $180 as well.
