It's time for my annual taking-time-during-summer-vacation-to-list-many-signed-items post. I have drastically reduced prices on any items I've listed before. For example, you are not going to find less expensive vintage Mercury astronaut autographs (that is, signed during the program).

Please see the alphabetical list of items and prices below. I have included links to photos of a few items, but you can request photos of any others. All items are in excellent condition unless otherwise noted, and have a lifetime guarantee of authenticity. Shipping is $9 for Priority Mail with tracking. 10% discount if you buy two or more items!

  • Carpenter, Scott: Signed photo. Color vintage business suit litho, in fair condition with a trimmed corner and other wear. With a November 1962 letter from NASA staff sending the photo, also in fair condition. $40

  • SOLD Carpenter, Scott: Signed B&W business suit litho. $40

  • SOLD Cooper, Gordon: Signed biography, correcting and approving it for the NASA publication "Astronaut Fact Book." He hand-wrote his current job, then wrote "Please send me a copy of Astronaut Fact Book" before signing it. You can see in the online Astronaut Fact Book much of this same information, updated to include his death. $40

  • SOLD Cooper, Gordon: Signed B&W photo of Faith 7 on the launch pad. A vintage "NASA-USAF" print, with 1963 information printed on the back. $40

  • SOLD Glenn, John: Typed Letter Signed. January 15, 1962 letter with full, early "John H. Glenn, Jr." signature. Interestingly, on the stationery, "Space Task Group" has been X'd out and "Manned Spacecraft Center" typed in. Stains away from the typed body and signature, and a worn top corner. A great price for a signature dated one month before he became the first American to orbit the Earth. $75

  • SOLD Glenn, John: Signed color photo of him in a suit, while a US Senator, with "Best regards" and dated 1989. $25

  • SOLD Haise, Fred: Signed Apollo 13 beta cloth patch. With handwritten description of the mission. $200

  • SOLD Haise, Fred: Signed replica of the plaque that was supposed to be left on the moon on the LM's leg. With description of the mission. You could bend it to match the LM's leg! $200

  • Kohoutek, Lubos (discovered one of the major comets of the 20th century, in 1973): Signed space treaty. $20

  • SOLD Kraft, Chris: Signed 4"x6" B&W photo. $20

  • SOLD Leonov, Alexei: Signed postal cover of ASTP. $25

  • SOLD McCall, Robert M.: Inscribed signed photo. (Him posing with Johnson Space Center mural in progress.) $10

  • SOLD Mitchell, Edgar. Signed Apollo 14 recovery postal cover. $30

  • Oberth, Hermann: Signed space treaty. $30

  • SOLD Schirra, Wally: Typed Letter Signed. 1961 from Langley Air Force Base. ALSO WITH a later handwritten note: a description of the low gravity on the moon, and weightless conditions in space. That note is signed with his initials. $75

  • SOLD Schirra, Wally: Signed photo. A small 1962 black and white photo of him next to a Mercury model; with Air Force Missile Test Center stamp and 1962 date on the back. In poor condition with worn corner and stains. Vintage signature is actually OK. With unsigned vintage Grissom photo of the same vintage. Astronauts in Groups 1, 2, and 3 would sometimes carry these little photos to fulfill autograph requests. $20

  • SOLD Shepard, Alan: Signed 4"x6" B&W photo. A wonderful shot of him walking towards Freedom 7's launch pad. $75

  • SOLD Slayton, Donald K.: Inscribed signed photo, with vintage careful "Donald K. Slayton" signature. (Vintage business suit litho; fair condition with trimmed corner and small stains. Writing is fine.) $35

  • van Allen, James: Signed space exploration postal cover. $15

  • SOLD Shuttle astronauts handwritten letters. Bryan O'Connor (STS-61-B and STS-40). Don Williams (STS-51-D) and STS-34. Page-long letters written by astronauts are of course quite rare. BOTH for $40

  • SOLD Shuttle astronauts handwritten letters. James (Jim) Newman (STS-51, STS-69, STS-88, and STS-109.) Ron Grabe ( STS-51-J, STS-30, STS-42, and STS-57. Page-long letters written by astronauts are of course quite rare. BOTH for $40.

  • Shuttle astronauts typed letters. Jim Voss (STS-44, STS-53, STS-69, STS-101, STS-102, Expedition 2, and STS-105. Bill McArthur (STS-5, STS-74, STS-92, and Expedition 12.) BOTH for $20.

  • SOLD Stafford, Tom: Signed color 8"x10" photo of him in his Apollo X space suit, with the Saturn V in the background. $40
