John signed the front cover shortly before the launch of Apollo 16. And then more recently, he signed the back cover and certified that the cover came from his collection. Overall, the cover is in good shape. It does have some minor creases and discoloration, which is expected for a 50-year-old item. John kept these in a stack, and the Apollo 16 logo on the cover below left a faint imprint on the back cover of this one. But this happened with every single one of these that I've seen. So I don't think it's possible to find one much better than this. I'm asking $600 for this cover, with free shipping worldwide. I can accept Paypal or Checks/Money Orders.
