The Apollo 1 crew patch is one of the rarest patches to acquire and this example is even rarer, having a great piece of history attached to it. This patch was personally given to Deke Slayton by Gus Grissom. COA and provenance.

This patch design was worn by Grissom, White and Chaffee on their white spacesuits. Stylized Emblem Co., of Hollywood, CA manufactured these patches and they were only available to the crew and a small number of NASA workers only.
