I am looking for the humorous patch for the NASA Group 16 astronauts, aka the Sardines.

Two reliable sources have told me that the Sardines made the humorous "patch" as a sticker only.

I have heard the same. Do you still need the regular one?

I have two 4" Group XVI "For Sardines Space Is No Problem (Group XVI Packed With Pride)" patches. Both are identical in construction.

I also have three versions of the official ASCAN Group XVI patches (plus one decal). I have two of the real regular patches, (middle patch), and two slightly different reproductions, (bottom two).

Kevin, is the Sardines patch a fully embroidered patch? Thank you.

No, the blue of space is the twill backing otherwise the rest of the patch is all embroidered.

Could I ask you to add your e-mail address icon to the above icons, many thanks.

Thank you for pointing out about my email address. I misunderstood that at the bottom of my profile.

I'd like a fully embroidered one so I'll have to pass. Thank you for offering.

Yes Tim, I am offering MajTom7 one of the "Sardines" patches at this time. I also have one of the Group XVI patches available, (center patch) if you are interested. I'm open to offers for it.

Now that MajTom7 has declined one of the "Sardines" patches, one is now available to buy. Again I am open to offers.

I don't think a fully embroidered version of the "Sardines" patch exists. I've not seen or heard of one. I think the examples I have are the only type that were produced.

All times are CT (US)
