One of about 75 John Young Apollo 16 insurance covers that he signed pre-launch and gave to his family.

In mint condition with bold vintage (1972) Young signature on the cover of the NASA MSC Stamp Club cover dated Apr 16, 1972, launch date. Signed again on rear with "Original Apollo 16 insurance cover pre-launch signed on obverse from my personal collection."

Asking $525 with US shipped Priority mail. Additional $25 for International Priority shipping.
