I have for sale an uninscribed official NASA lithograph signed by the entire crew of Apollo 11.

The lithograph is in excellent condition and is archivally framed. We're fast approaching the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing, so if there's a gap in your collection now is the time to fill it!

Asking price $9450, reasonable offers considered. Send me an email if you have any questions.

Very strange Neil Armstrong signature on this litho, but I guess it does come with a Steve Zarelli COA, correct? Even the ink color is most unusual for an Armstrong signature, but I'll take what Steve says.

Wouldn't it have looked better if the other signatures were in blue as well?

I like the contrast between the blue and black pens but that might just be me! I asked Mike and Buzz to sign in black thinking the black pen would be less likely to fade over time. The ink is actually a lot darker in person, I think the scanner makes the blue of the Armstrong very bright.

In relation to the Armstrong, when I asked Steve he said "In my opinion, the Armstrong is a bit atypical... the A has a bit of a 'hiccup' and overall it looks like it was dashed off quickly. BUT, it also has many subtle positive traits, which I believe outweigh the negatives. This is authentic in my opinion."

Here is a larger scan of it for you to have a look!

I think the A starting in the l makes it look different, compressed.

Agree. If we remove the atypical stroke from the bottom left side of the A formation, the rest of the signature is fairly routine.

Not all signatures are textbook perfect or created equal. People get bumped or sign in an awkward position in in-person situations, etc.

For a signature like this you must weigh atypical traits with positive traits. This example has in accumulation of very subtle positive traits that in my opinion far outweigh the glitch in the A. To me, it’s unlikely that a forger would get that small section of the A so off… yet nail the rest of the signature. There is no slowness or hesitation and it appears to have been signed quickly and smoothly.

This is where judgment and an eye for fine detail comes into play. If they were all sit down personalized white space suit portraits or Autopens, there would not be any need for Authenticators.

We see when Collins and Aldrin signed, when and where did Armstrong signed?
