I have after a lot of thought and refocusing of my collection reluctantly decided to part with a collection of items I assembled a number of years ago which flew on Soyuz TMA-3. The items are sold as a collection as ideally I would like someone to frame them together as was my original intention. The items are as follows: - Flown on Soyuz TMA-3 UK flag (also signed)
This has been cancelled with the onboard stamps of the ISS, a date stamp and the mission Soyuz Goose stamp. This came from the collection of Cosmonaut Alexander Kaleri the Soyuz TMA-3 Commander and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity handsigned by him. I obtained this from respected dealer Alex Panchenko at USSR Airspace. - Flown Soyuz TMA-3 Postcard sized Photo of the ISS (also signed)
Stamped with the mission Soyuz-Goose stamp and signed by Alexander Kaleri. This was again obtained from Alex Panchenko at USSR Airspace. - Two Flown Soyuz TMA-3 Parachute segments
These two segments each measure around 17cm by 13cm. These were removed from two bags produced by Everquest design and sold by the Spacestore which incorporated Soyuz TMA-3 flown parachute segments. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Alexander Kaleri and a copy of the Spacestore receipt for the purchase of the bags. - Two Flown Soyuz TMA-3 complete Heat Shield Plugs
These are approximately 3cm tall by 2cm in diameter. One has the number 18 on the bottom whilst the other has the number 6. Bought from the dealer in Russian Space artifacts Alacona and each come with certificates of authenticity. - Flown Soyuz TMA-3 Heatshield fragments (4 pieces)
- Two segments of the external brown ablative coating from the capsule, each about 2cm by 1.5cm.
- Two segments of the white heatshield material from the capsule the largest measures 2.5cm by 1.5cm.
These segments of heatshield were again obtained from Alacona and come with certificates of authenticity. Also included is a photo of Soyuz TMA-3 in orbit and one of Soyuz TMA-3 immediately following landing along with a couple of woven Soyuz TMA-3 mission names.I am unsure as to the current value of this collection of items. But as I have to put a price down it would be $1250 plus shipping although I am happy to consider offers.
