I haven't put the payload together as yet, but that shouldn't be a problem there as I have a lot of material to make it up from. If anyone would like to make a donation, please send me a message. Many thanks. We now have 6 participants who have registered with me so far. I'm looking for 15+ participants. So please guys get in touch with me to register. Many thanks again. |

You're registered now Butch. You are the 8th cS member to do so. Many thanks. We are still looking for at least another 7+ cS members to register before we have lift off of the EGB-7 with a good varied payload. |

Probably most of the people do not see the post cause the original post was not opened in 2018. here are just answers on the original EGB-6 call.I think, as last time, people will join throughout the mission. If all agree we could launch quite fast, then if no more people participate, it will just be for the EGB-hardliners. |

The take up has been disappointing. So far only 8 European cS members have contacted me and registered their interest. I was hoping to attract around 15 members or more for this EGB-7 flight. Can I put out an appeal to all of you European members who have not yet contacted me, and would like to take part in the EGB-7. Many thanks. |

I hope you are right Chris. I would like to relaunch in early April (once the snow has melted here in the U.K.). |

I can't really participate this time as all the appropriate material I had went into starting the last box. I haven't really acquired anything new in the meantime. Before you start I could maybe send some patches to Kevin for inclusion but that's the best I can do I'm afraid. |

I'm going to send a sub-orbital mission to Kevin in the next week or so. This will have a launch weight of around 1kg and will provide additional material for the EGB-VII payload at kickoff. |

Many thanks again to Chris for his extra goodies, which arrived safely at the EGB-7 launch site and have now been added to the payload.I'm still looking to have more than just 8 registered European cS participants. So come on gents please contact me and register. I'm hoping to have a relaunch date just after Easter/early April. |

I now have 10 cS members who have registered to take part in this EGB-7 flight, by sending me their full postal addresses. There are two other members who have shown interest and would like to take part, but who have not yet sent me their full postal addresses to register. Dietrich H. From Germany has now registered. Philip C. From Belgium is still to do so. If anyone else would like to take part in this flight please contact me with your full postal address. Many thanks. |

We now have 11 confirmed participants. I was hoping for a few more cS members to sign up for this EGB-7 flight.I am now trying to work out the flight plan. The furthest distance the EGB-7 will have to travel is to Israel. I am working out whether that distance can be done in one flight, or will have to be done in stages, stopping off in maybe Southern Germany or Austria first before going on to Israel? Then returning from Israel to Germany for two or three more landings and take offs. Then going on to The Czech Republic, Belgium, France, then to do the final flight across the English Channel to England and Ireland. |

Israel... wow... Please think about custom fees and export/import outside the EU. This might be a problem although customs can be really bad asses! If they want to charge you, they will. Just for info. |

Yes Chris, getting to Israel is causing me lots of problems, (the weight and value of the payload). Mainly the cost of the fuel just to get out of European air space and into the Middle East. It's just about three times the price to travel to Israel than it is to Austria and Germany, the closest countries to Israel. Yes, Customs is going to be another major problem, mainly for the recipient Ron in Israel, and then possibly again for the next landing back in Europe. It is looking like I may have to abandon the extended flight to Israel. I'm very sorry Ron, especially as you were one of the first cS members to register for the EGB-7 flight, and would of been your first time for the EGB. |

As I told Kevin, I collect astronauts autographs and space artifacts and I am only a few months with this wonderful hobby (although I am in the astronomy field for many years as a hobby — astronomy imaging with telescopes and dedicated cameras). I really understand the "problems" with the shipping fees and the customs. I wish you all the best with the EGB-7 mission. I hope that maybe in the future I'll be able to participate with this wonderful concept. |

Well if anyone has an idea how to realize that extravehicular activity... let us know. It's sad to abandon somebody. But otherwise it also not the EU what causes these challenges. Just by the way, is here any cS member joining the International Astronautical Congress this year in Germany? |

Sorry for the delay, but I've been away from home since Easter Sunday, (1st April) dealing with a family problem. I am now back home again so I'm going to launch the EGB-7 with it's 4.0Kg box and payload, (at the moment it's 3.915Kg). Because I'm predominantly a NASA patch collector and Chris's generous contribution was mainly patches, the payload therefore is about 65-70% patches. The flight path will probably be as shown below;
- COR482932, Cork, Irish Republic. ~Landed 02-05-18~ Relaunched on 07-06-18
- ~Unknown Symmetry, Lincoln, U.K.~ Landed 11-06-18~
- ~Butch Wilks, Lowestoft, Suffolk, U.K.~Landed 14-06-18~Re-launched 15-06-18~
- ~Dirk, Lierde, Belgium.
- Daniel Lazecky, Havirov, Czech Republic.
- Yotlv, Anthering, Austria.
- Dietrich, Grafelfing, Munich, Southern Germany.
- Sputnik 1, Brackenhiem, Heilbronn, Southern Germany.
- Rocket Chris, Bremen, Northern Germany.
- Jacques van Oene, Houten, The Netherlands.
- Paul Uttschied, Paris, France.
- Kevin T. Randall, Chesham, Bucks, U.K.
This flight path is open to changes. If anyone has any questions or comments about the flight details please post them here or message me direct. If any other European cS members would like to join in, then please let me know before the flight path of this EGB-7 passes you by. Many thanks. |

Uuuhhh... I'm curious to see the upcoming insignia for the 7th EGB servicing mission. If I might recommend something, could we add this time our names? This would be a real mission patch! |

Came home from work and decided I give it a shot on a mission patch for EGB7.Like Rocket Chris mentioned, I added the last names of the participants — according to the list of EGP-6. There are two uncertainties: - Is it you, Kevin RANDALL? The town differs from EGP 6 to 7.
- Dietrich of Grafeling. In German Dietrich can be first name or last name.
Contact me for further changes so we can go official. |

Since we participate sometimes by nicknames in public forums like this one, keep it anonymous. I provided my real name and address for the last EGB in faith of confidentiality. This forum should not become a phone book. |
