Detailed description is on Ebay, I just wanted to add that this item doesn't anyhow relate to the seller ma*uta who flood the market with Korolev's very questionable autographs (that are the forgeries in my opninion). I personally purchased it from the RSK Energia former constructor who has worked on Soyuz-Apollo and Buran programs(Korolev city is in 50 minutes by car from my home). I had another one that I don't want to sell at the moment, but I may send the scan of it if someone is interested.
