Al, it was recently brought to my attention, that the Joe Walker signed X-15 cover I bought in an auction many years ago, was suspect and I have to agree. It's best to take time to analyze and study all your rarer autographs and I failed to do that with this autograph.

Had I realized my mistake years ago I would have had time and opportunities to find an authentic replacement, but time was wasted and now finding a for-sure good Walker will be difficult and expensive.

For years I lacked both a McKay and Adams autograph to have a complete X-15 pilot signed set. I finally found them but should have been looking for a Joe Walker, too.

Oh man that stinks. I'm really sorry to hear that. At least you have the McKay, Adams and Armstrong — those are the hardest three.
