I've been searching to buy an astronaut corps pin for my collection (silver or gold, doesn't matter).I know there are some not so good reproductions out there, I ideally want the real thing. Please email if you have one available. |

Have any of these even gotten into collector hands? That would seem like the very last thing an astronaut would sell or give to someone... |

In 2006, Regency-Superior offered Ed White's silver pin.In 2010, Bonhams offered Deke Slayton's diamond-set gold pin presented to him by the Apollo 1 crew and flown on Apollo 11. And our own SkyMan1958 has Dick Gordon's silver pin. |

I assume the gold pins would be very important to living astronauts, but not necessarily their silver pins. Al Bean threw his away! |

Yeah, all you have to do is go to the moon to get it. |

Well, with the next generation LRO and enough processing power, we SHOULD be able to find that pin... |
