You might want to check auction houses' archives. RRAuction and Heritage would be good places to start gathering information. I have seen this piece up for auction several times the past several years. I purchased mine from Novaspace (now Astronaut Central) several years ago.

The last copy I saw sell at auction recently went from memory for around $800. Best of luck in your quest.
