I recently acquired a memorial book signed by all the Group 1, 2 and 3 astronauts for Ted Freeman's widow Faith Freeman.

Next to the astronauts' signatures, there is a message to his widow that says "This is how we will remember Ted."

Included throughout the rest of the memorial book are 8 X 10 glossy photos featuring Ted Freeman during his time with the program.

Unfortunately, there are several of the photographs missing. It appears as if they were removed at one point.

I was thinking it would be a nice project to try and reassemble some of these glossy photos and restore the memorial book near to its original state.

I have already purchased a few vintage glossy photos from Jerome Bascom-Pipp at Apollomissionphotos.com.

If anyone else has vintage glossy photos of Ted Freeman during his time with the program, I would be interested in acquiring them as part of my efforts to restore this memorial book.

Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

I do have a lot of NASA 8x10 (mostly B&W) photos of Ted's time with NASA, but they're not vintage glossies. Ted's daughter Faith showed me what might have been the originals and I just copied down the ID numbers and ordered them from Media relations at JSC. I'd be quite happy to send you scans if you contact me off-forum.

Thanks Colin

Yes I will follow up.

I was able to acquire some wonderful vintage color and glossy photographs from Jerome's stie. However the memorial book is missing about 13 photos.

So, any additional help from anyone around restoring the book would be appreciated.
