Galactic Gathering 2020

This day will be a chance of a life time for all space enthusiasts, with special return appearances from Mark Brown, Tony England, Kevin Ford, Charlie Walker, and David Wolf. In addition, we are excited to announce that we will also be welcoming new comer, Serena Aunon-Chancellor.

Various events will be offered, for a cost, at the breathtaking West Baden Dome, as well as the historic city of Mitchell. The proceeds for this event go to Virgil I. Grissom Memorial, Inc. which is dedicated to restore and preserve the legacy of astronaut, Gus Grissom.

• July 17; 5:00 pm - Black Tie Gala held in the atrium at the luxurious West Baden Dome.

  Tickets are required and available to purchase online. Cost: $150 per ticket

• July 18; 10:30 am - 12:00 pm - Tea/Brunch with Astronaut Families

  Tickets are required and available to purchase online. Cost $30 per ticket

• July 18; 11 pm - 3 pm - Free Tours Through the Grissom Boyhood Home

  Tickets are not required. Tours will be open house style. Special guest appearances from Lowell Grissom (brother) and Mark Grissom (son)

• July 18; 1pm-2pm - Photo Opportunity with all Indiana born Astronauts; location TBD

  Tickets are required and available to purchase online. Cost: $50 per photo

• July 18; 3pm-4pm - Autograph signing

  Tickets are required for entrance into event and can be purchased online. Additional costs for each autograph will be paid to and set by each astronaut. Cost for entrance: $10 per ticket

• July 18; 7:00 pm - "Indiana's Space Symposium" held at the Mitchell Opera House in Downtown Mitchell

  Tickets are required and available to purchase online. Cost: $50 per ticket

It is with a heavy heart I am announcing that the 2020 Galactic Gathering is being cancelled due to COVID-19. We simply cannot risk the health and safety of the men and women coming in as our VIPs nor can we risk spreading COVID-19 to everyone in attendance and our wonderful community who has supported our ventures.

If you paid for tickets via credit card you will be getting refunded the same way so be looking for a credit in the days and weeks to come.
